CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen® Latin America joined poultry production and animal nutrition professionals from across the Americas at the 4th Latin American Poultry and Nutrition (LPN) Congress, held Oct. 7–9 in Miami, Florida, United States. The event welcomed participants from veterinary medicine, nutrition, incubation, broiler and breeder management, along with exhibitors from the poultry health and nutrition sectors.

- Santiago Lovera, Broiler Technical Manager for South America Excluding Brazil (SAEB), spoke on environmental management in chicken sheds in the tropics.
- Leonel Mejía, Poultry Nutrition Specialist for Latin America, presented strategic nutrition in breeders: key to maximizing day-old chick viability and performance.
- Guillermo Reyes, Incubation Specialist for Latin America, took part in a roundtable on listening to the embryo prior to incubation.
- Jorge Amado, Regional Technical Manager for Latin America, discussed fertility, hatchability, and broiler production status in Latin America according to genetics.
