Aviagen Latin America Welcomes Marcus Briganó as New Technical Service Manager for CAME and SAEB

Aviagen has a clear strategy to expand its Latin American reach while strengthening support for poultry growers throughout the region

Marcus BriganoCAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen® Latin America is pleased to announce that Marcus Briganó has accepted the position of Technical Service Manager, supporting customers in Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean (CAME) and South America excluding Brazil (SAEB). Effective March 14, the appointment of Briganó is part of Aviagen Latin America’s continued strategy to strengthen service to valued customers. This is a region where the company has invested significantly in growth and expansion projects throughout the years and has seen considerable progress.

Briganó has nearly 20 years of experience in the Latin American broiler industry, helping producers to continually improve their results and looking after bird health and welfare. This experience is coupled with field expertise in various parts of the South American poultry chain. His academic profile includes a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, a Master’s degree in Animal Science and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), all from universities in Brazil.

According to Jorge Amado, Head of Technical Service for CAME, Briganó was selected “based on his impressive resumé, along with his proven success in team and relationship-building, analytical skills, excellent communication and passion for working alongside customers to grow their businesses.”

Additionally, Osvaldo Bolinaga, Head of Technical Service for SAEB, commented, “Our team will benefit from his deep understanding of how to manage bird environments, nutrition and health care, as well as the full spectrum of customer needs.”
